Returns
At Mae + Co Home we want you to love your purchases and are confident you will. But we understand sometimes something doesn't suit. We have a 7 Day return policy.
After your items have been delivered you have 7 days to process your returns through our returns request form
To be eligible for a return, it is essential your items are:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn, unused, tags still attached and in its original packaging.
- The returns form must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your items.
Once your return is approved you will receive either a refund, store credit or exchange.
Additional shipping charges will be at your own cost for returns + exchanges.
Please note that we do not allow exchanges or refunds on sale items, all sale items are final sale.
Damaged/Faulty Orders
Here at Mae + Co Home we take great pride in providing high quality items. However, on the rare occasion that something isn’t quite right and your items are damaged or faulty in some way, please make contact and we'll make it right. Mae + Co Home will follow all legalities in accordance with Australian Consumer Law with faulty products.
Just email shop@maeandco.com.au or fill out our returns request form with images as soon as possible (within 7 days of receiving your order) with the details of the item and the damage/fault.
Cost of shipping Returns
The cost of shipping a return/exchange back to us is the customer's responsibility.
Shipping costs of your original purchase are non-refundable. The cost of shipping is deducted from your exchange amount. We also charge for shipping exchange items out to you.
