Damaged/Faulty Orders

Here at Mae + Co Home we take great pride in providing high quality items. However, on the rare occasion that something isn’t quite right and your items are damaged or faulty in some way, please make contact and we'll make it right. Mae + Co Home will follow all legalities in accordance with Australian Consumer Law with faulty products. 

Just email shop@maeandco.com.au as soon as possible (within 5 days of receiving your order) with the details of the item and the damage/fault. We may ask you to send the item(s) back to us - but if we do, we'll arrange and pay for this. We'll then replace the item for you, or if we can't replace it, we'll either refund you in full or offer you a credit.

Want to return something?

We know that sometimes people change their mind about a purchase, or have ordered an incorrect size.If you've changed your mind about your purchase, or ordered an incorrect size,  let us know by emailing shop@maeandco.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order.

We'll get you to return your purchase to us, via Australia Post Tracked Mail (at your expense) and we'll then set up a credit or exchange for you. Refunds are not offered for changes of mind. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the original packaging (with tags still on the item, if applicable).  

Cost of shipping Returns

The cost of shipping a return/exchange back to us is the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs of your original purchase are non-refundable. The cost of shipping is deducted from your exchange amount. We may also charge for shipping exchange items out to you.

Timeframes

When you send us an item for exchange or return, we will process your replacement or exchange, or have your credit ready for you within 5 days of receiving your return.

Limits on Returns Policy

  • Our returns policy is limited to 5 days after you have received your item.

  • Sale items are not able to be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, or incorrect sizes. 

Delivery

Delivery Time Frames 

At Mae + Co Home, we want you to receive your bundle of amazing products as quickly as possible. We pack orders everyday, and send out orders the next business day. We use Australia Post Tracked Parcel delivery so you can keep an eye on when delivery is expected. Australia Post delivery timeframes state standard delivery time frames of 3-7 days from dispatch. 

International Shipping 

Due to unknown delivery timeframes with current delivery delays, our international shipping is on an individual case basis. If you want your items shipped overseas, send us an email at shop@maeandco.com.au and we will quote the postage price and expected delivery timeframes for you. 

Pre-Orders

 If we open an item for pre-order, we'll always advise the estimated time of delivery of the product. Sometimes, deliveries can be delayed through no fault of our own (due to international shipping hold-ups or other unforeseen circumstances) so please note we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Pre-orders are usually offered on products that either sell out quickly, or items we will only have limited numbers of, so we don't offer cancellations or refunds on pre-orders.
